American Cyanamid Co. and Immunex Corp. announced late Tuesday that they will create a new biopharmaceutical company, still named Immunex Corp. and still located in Seattle, by merging Cyanamid's North American Lederle Laboratories oncology business with Immunex (NASDAQ:IMNX).
