NICHIMEN MAKES $1M INVESTMENT IN SCICLONE
SciClone Pharmaceuticals Inc. on Wednesday announced that Nichimen Corp., a Japanese trading company, has made a strategic investment of $1 million in SciClone. Vestar Inc. announced Tuesday that it has received approval to market its liposomal formulation of amphotericin B in Germany. EARLY WOUND HEALING STUDIES SHOW PROMISE
LifeCell Corp. and BioSurface Technology on Monday reported promising data from early wound treatment trials.
