• Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma Co. Ltd., of Osaka, Japan, and Takeda Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., also of Osaka, said the European Medicines Agency confirmed the acceptance for review of the marketing application for atypical antipsychotic medication lurasidone, an oral, once-daily drug, for treating schizophrenia.
