• Mylan Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Pittsburgh, settled a dispute with Teva Pharmaceuticals USA Inc., part of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., of Jerusalem, over litigation brought by Mylan against the FDA related to Mylan's abbreviated new drug application for Modafinil tablets, 100 mg and 200 mg.
