LONDON – Antisoma plc has taken a double hit with the failure of its only two clinical programs, as the lead product AS1413 failed in a pivotal Phase III trial in secondary acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and a Phase IIb trial of AS1411 in AML was halted after an interim analysis.
