Berna Biotech Paying EUR279M In Cash, Shares For Rhein Biotech
Switzerland's Berna Biotech Ltd. is acquiring Rhein Biotech NV, of the Netherlands, in a combined cash and shares deal valued at EUR279 million (US$257 million).
