Intercell Acquiring Iomai for $189M in Cash, Shares
In a move that will add two Phase II development programs to its pipeline, Intercell AG entered an agreement to acquire Gaithersburg, Md.-based Iomai Corp. in a cash-and-shares deal valued, on a fully diluted basis, at approximately $189 million. (BioWorld International)
