Groups ask court to strike down exec order on regulatory burden

In an attempt to checkmate President Donald Trump's executive order to reduce the U.S. regulatory burden, a labor union and two nonprofit advocacy groups are turning to the courts to take the president's "two-for-one" regulatory policy out of play.
