Knight Therapeutics Inc., of Montreal, and New York-based Ember Therapeutics Inc. amended their exclusive distribution agreement signed in August 2015 to add Romania and the Caribbean to Knight's territorial rights to Ember's Bone Morphogenetic Protein-7 (BMP-7) pipeline.
