Intarcia Therapeutics Inc., of Boston, said it completed its second close of a series EE financing, raising an additional $206 million, and entered a relationship with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to help prevent the spread of HIV in sub-Saharan Africa and other countries where the HIV epidemic is most severe.
