Regarding an article on the HIV Tat protein in BioWorld Today, July 22, 1997, Chiang Li, a research associate at the Dana-Farber Cancer Center and Harvard University School of Medicine, in Boston, clarified a quote stating T cells are killed when no longer needed. It is more accurate to say the cells "commit suicide," or undergo apoptosis. Also, Li's first name, Chiang, was misspelled in the story.
