Holloway will be based in the U.S. and will assume his position as of Aug. 24. West recently served as interim CEO and had been the chief financial officer and company secretary since 2011. Dulhunty has 20 years' experience in the life sciences sector, and has previously served as executive chairman, non-executive director, managing director, chief financial officer and company secretary of a number of listed and non-listed biotech companies. Holloway previously served as CEO and managing director of Sienna Cancer Diagnostics Ltd., Immune System Therapeutics Ltd. and Biosceptre International Ltd.

Daiichi Sankyo Inc., part of Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd., of Tokyo, named Leigh Ann Errico vice president of human resources for the U.S. administrative and commercial group. Errico is experienced in change management, organizational and executive development, and HR strategy for mergers and acquisitions, as well as individual and team coaching.

MMJ Phytotech Ltd., of Perth Australia, appointed Catherine Harvey chief operations officer, effective Sept. 1. Harvey will be based in Sydney and will work closely with the senior management team to design and deliver MMJ's commercial and regulatory strategy, with a focus on the Australian market, but also overseeing MMJ's international operations. Most recently, she served as director of business development and corporate affairs at Mundipharma Pty Ltd. and was business development manager at Nycomed.
