Ruggieri has more than 32 years of business leadership experience in the research, defense, security and technology markets working at Foster Miller and successor company, Qinetiq Group North America. Dynasil makes medical, industrial and homeland security/defense market products.

• Reflect Scientific (Orem, Utah) has named William Moon to its board. Moon's background includes positions of principle engineer and VP of engineering at Quantum. He co-founded Plus Development and played a role in the invention of the “Hardcard,“ the very first plug-in hard drive card. Moon has served on the boards of several technical ventures and is presently an active angel investor.
