NMT gains ISO 13485 certification

Aastrom receives delisting notice

Aastrom Biosciences (Ann Arbor, Michigan), a developer of autologous cell products for the treatment of chronic cardiovascular diseases, said it received a staff determination letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market on Oct. 2, indicating that the company has not regained compliance with the $1 minimum closing bid price requirement for continued listing set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). As a result, the company's common stock would be subject to delisting from the Nasdaq Capital Market on Oct. 13, unless Aastrom requests a hearing before a Nasdaq hearings panel. The company said it intends to request an oral hearing before the panel within the timeframe provided by Nasdaq, during which Aastrom intends to request continued listing on based upon its plan for regaining compliance with the minimum bid price requirement. establishes CEB (Sunnyvale, California), a global online pathology community, reported the establishment of case editorial boards (CEB) for over 20 pathology subspecialties to promote online participation and to ensure quality content in the portal. "Miracle on Ice" to present in December

The Minneapolis Heart Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital (Minneapolis) will present The Miracle on Ice: Therapeutic Hypothermia for Cardiac Arrest Patient on December 3 and 4.
