• Dan Dearen was named CFO of Minnow Medical (San Diego). Previously, Dearen worked with venture capital groups to raise capital and develop strategic growth and operating plans for early stage companies, including StatMedRx and Medipacs. Minnow makes products for the treatment of peripheral arterial disease.
