• Carolyn Clift has been named senior VP and the first chief diversity officer for Health Care Service Corp. (HCSC; Chicago). Clift previously was VP, general counsel, and assistant secretary for HCSC. Health Care Service Corp. is a customer-owned health insurer with 12.4 million members in its Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Illinois, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas.
