Glancy Binkow & Goldberg said it has filed a federal securities class-action lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on behalf of stockholders who purchased or otherwise acquired the securities of Zynex (Littleton, Colorado), a provider of electrotherapy products, between May 21, 2008, and March 31, 2009.

The case has been assigned to Robert Blackburn, U.S. District Judge for the District of Colorado. Shareholders who purchased Zynex securities during the class period have until June 8 to move the court to serve as lead plaintiff.

The complaint charges Zynex and certain executive officers with violations of sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and S.E.C. Rule 10b-5, and further alleges that throughout the class period defendants knew or recklessly disregarded that their public statements concerning the company's financial performance were materially false and misleading.
