• Joseph DeMattos Jr, was named president of the Health Facilities Association of Maryland (HFAM; Columbia). Previous to joining HFAM, DeMattos was a leader at AARP, most recently as senior state director in Maryland. Health Facilities Association of Maryland is a voluntary provider community association, chartered in 1948 as the Maryland Nursing Home Association.
