• Dominick Golio was named CFO of MedQuist (Mount Laurel, New Jersey). Golio most recently was the North America CFO for D&M Holdings. MedQuist provides medical transcription services and clinical documentation workflow.

• Michael Parsons was named CEO of SouthernCare (Birmingham, Alabama). He most recently was COO and director of Triad Hospitals. SouthernCare is a hospice provider.
