• Wes Crews was named COO of HealthGrades (Golden, Colorado), effective April 20. Crews previously was an executive VP at onTargetjobs. Health Grades is a healthcare ratings company.

• John McCutcheon was named president/CEO of Ventus Medical (Belmont, California), effective April 20. The company also said that current CEO Jeffrey Nugent will become executive chairman. McCutcheon joins Ventus Medical from Emphasys Medical where he was president/CEO for the past seven years. Ventus Medical makes sleep apnea therapy products.
