William Kelley was named senior VP of international sales for Cynosure (Westford, Massachusetts). Since 2004 Kelley was director of international sales at Sciton. Cynosure makes aesthetic treatment systems that are used by physicians and other practitioners to perform non-invasive and minimally invasive procedures to remove hair, treat vascular and pigmented lesions, rejuvenate the skin, liquefy and remove unwanted fat through laser lipolysis and temporarily reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Andrew von Eschenbach, MD, who recently stepped down as commissioner of the FDA, has joined Greenleaf Health (New York) as senior advisor. Greenleaf Health is a regulatory consulting firm that provides strategic guidance to companies regulated by the FDA and companies developing innovative solutions to pressing public health problems around the globe.

• Kinetic Concepts (San Antonio) said Craig Callen and Carl Kohrt, PhD, have been named to the board of directors. Callen previously was senior VP and head of strategic planning and business development, and a member of the executive committee of Aetna. Kohrt recently retired as president/CEO of Battelle Memorial Institute. Kinetic Concepts makes high-technology therapies and products for the wound care, tissue regeneration and therapeutic support system markets.

Jeffrey Jones was named COO of PolyRemedy (Mountain View, California). Previously, Jones was COO at Reliant Technologies. PolyRemedy makes point-of-care robotic systems for the fabrication and tracking of customized, nano-material-based wound treatments.
