• Stewart Schaffer was named chief marketing and strategy officer for BayCare Health System (Clearwater, Florida). Most recently, Schaffer was the chief marketing and communications officer for Lazydays RV SuperCenter. BayCare Health System is a community-based health system.

• Bill Dagar was named president of the South Central Region for Cogdell Spencer's (Charlotte, North Carolina) wholly owned subsidiary, Erdman (Dallas). Dagar previously was alliance director with CB Richard Ellis Healthcare Services. Cogdell Spencer is a real estate investment trust that invests in specialty office buildings for the medical profession, including medical offices and ambulatory surgery and diagnostic centers.

• Steve Anderson was named VP of product development for Immersion's (San Jose, California) Medical line of business. Before joining Immersion, Anderson was VP of software engineering at LeapFrog Enterprises. Immersion makes computer-based surgical simulation training systems.

• Justin Hutchens has been appointed president/COO of National Health Investors (Murfreesboro, Tennessee), a real estate investment trust, effective in mid-March. Hutchens has served as executive vice president/COO of Emeritus Senior Living, a national provider of assisted living and Alzheimer's and related dementia care services, since September 2007.
