Damien Tanaka, founder, vice chairman and chief development officer of Aduromed Industries (ADRM; Bethel, Connecticut), has decided to retire and tender his resignation both from the company and Aduromed's board. He spent more than 16 years with ADRM, a provider of technology and services for the onsite treatment and disposal of regulated medical waste.

Kathy Kregel is stepping down from her role as executive director of the Larimer County Bioscience Cluster (Fort Collins, Colorado). Kregel launched the Northern Colorado Bioscience Initiative in 2004. Kelly Peters will replace Kregel.
