Robert McNamara has resigned as senior vice president/CFO of Accuray (Sunnyvale, California). Holly Grey, Accuray's senior VP of finance since March, has been appointed to serve as interim principal financial officer until a successor is found. Accuray specializes in the field of radiosurgery.

Noel DeWinter has been named CFO of Apollo Medical Holdings (Glendale, California). He most recently served as CFO of Bridgetech Holdings International. Apollo is a provider of management services to medical groups that provide hospital-based medical services.

Joseph Trepanier has been named secretary/CFO of etrials Worldwide (Morrisville, North Carolina) after filling the positions basis since May. He had previously been corporate controller and VP of finance. etrials Worldwide makes eClinical software for data management.

Christine Poon, vice chairman of the board and worldwide chairman of the pharmaceuticals group at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, New Jersey), will retire on March 1, 2009, from both the company and its board of directors. Poon began her career with J&J in 2000 as group chairman of pharmaceuticals.

Robert Diegelmann, PhD, will become head of the new wound care division being established by Oxygen Biotherapeutics (Costa Mesa, California). He is professor of biochemistry & molecular biology, anatomy and emergency medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University Medical Center. Oxygen Biotherapeutics makes pharmaceuticals and medical devices in the field of oxygen therapeutics and continuous substrate monitoring.
