• Stefanie Cavanaugh was named CFO of Solis Women's Health (Austin, Texas). Prior to joining Solis, Cavanaugh was corporate controller for Reable Therapeutics. Solis Women's Health is a healthcare provider focused exclusively on the screening and diagnosis of breast cancer.

• James Branman has been named VP, U.S. sales, at SonoSite (Bothell, Washington), as well as a member of the company's executive committee. Branman has held sales management positions at SonoSite since 2001, most recently as director of U.S. sales. SonoSite specializes in hand-carried ultrasound.

• Tiffany Olson has been named to the board of ThermoGenesis (Rancho Cordova, California). Olson previously was president/CEO of Roche Diagnostics, North America. ThermoGenesis makes products for processing and storing adult stem cells.

• Vikram Simha has been named chief technology officer and executive VP of engineering for Vital Images (Minneapolis). Simha most recently was chief technology officer and senior VP of 3D engineering. Vital Images is a provider of advanced visualization and analysis software solutions.
