James Saponaro, has been named executive VP for BioStorage Technologies (Indianapolis). Previously, Saponaro was COO of Cardinal Health. BioStorage provides biomaterials storage, sample management and cold chain logistics.

William Cotter has been named VP of operations for Helicos BioSciences (Cambridge, Massachusetts). Cotter spent 10 years as VP of operations at Closure Medical. Helicos is a life sciences company specializing in genetic analysis technologies for the research, drug discovery and clinical diagnostics markets.

Mitchell Felder has resigned from NanoLogix (Hubbard, Ohio) as chief technology officer, for personal reasons, the company said. NanoLogix specializes in developing nano-biotechnologies, applications and processes.

• SpineVision (San Francisco) has named Bertrand Lellouche as CFO of SpineVision SA (Paris). Most recently, Lellouche was VP and CFO at Biomedical Diagnostics. SpineVision is focused on bringing motion preservation and fusion devices to spine specialists around the world.

Norma Soleno-DeVaney was named CFO of Vidacare (San Antonio). Soleno-DeVaney most recently served as CFO of DocuSource. Vidacare makes intraosseous access technology for multiple diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic applications.
