• Dr. Santi Corsaro has been named VP, sales and marketing OUS for Angiotech Pharmaceuticals (Vancouver), with responsibility for overseeing European operations. Most recently, Corsaro was president and managing director of J&J Medical Holding SpA Italy. Angiotech is a specialty medical device and pharmaceutical company.

• Richard Thomley has been named chief accounting officer and corporate controller at Spire (Bedford, Massachusetts). Thomley joined Spire on Jan. 2 as the corporate controller. Prior to Spire, Thomley was corporate controller for Implant Sciences. Spire provides products and services to the biomedical, optoelectronic and solar energy industries.
