M.S. Koly has resigned as chairman of the board of directors of Delcath Systems (Stamford, Connecticut). The board will discuss the board vacancy and the appointment of a new chairman at its next scheduled meeting on Feb. 1, 2007. Delcath Systems is a developer of isolated perfusion technology for organ or region-specific delivery of therapeutic agents.

Dean Linden was named investor relations director of Inviro Medical Devices (Atlanta). Prior to joining Inviro, Linden served in a similar role for ID Biomedical. Inviro makes safe medication delivery systems.
