The company has promoted james Gibson from VP of accounting and corporate controller to principal accounting officer. Delcath Systems (Stamford, Connecticut) reported that M.S. Koly has resigned as president/CEO and treasurer. The company's board simultaneously appointed Koly to the position of non-executive chairman, succeeding Samuel Herschkowitz, MD, who remains a company director. In addition, Richard Taney, a director of the Company, has been appointed Interim CEO. The company's board said it will form a search committee to identify potential candidates to assume the positions of CEO and will continue the search for a senior VP-operations of Delcath.
