F. David Rollo, MD, PhD, has been named president of CellPoint (Centennial, Colorado). Rollo was formerly chief medical officer of Philips Medical Systems. CellPoint makes radiopharmaceuticals for diagnosing and treating cancer and heart disease.

Abraham (Rami) Goren was named vice chairman of the board for Elbit Medical Imaging (EMI; Tel Aviv, Israel). Goren has been serving as company director since April 11 and as executive chairman of the board of Elscint, a subsidiary of EMI, since 1999. EMI develops MRI-guided focused ultrasound treatment equipment, through its subsidiary, InSightec.

• Karen Nield has been promoted to vice president, finance and human resources of Gentris (Research Triangle Park, North Carolina). Prior to this promotion, Nield was executive director, finance at the company. Gentris develops clinical pharmacogenomic services and diagnostic products.

William Radany, PhD, has been named CEO of HTG (Tucson, Arizona). Previously Radany was vice president of business segment management at Chemicon International (Temecula, California). HTG provides array-based gene expression assay technology.

Jonathon M. Singer has been named senior vice president - treasurer, secretary and CFO of Landauer (Glenwood, Illinois). Singer most recently was vice president global finance, CFO for Teleflex Medical, a subsidiary of Teleflex. Landauer provides analytical services to determine occupational and environmental radiation exposure.

Adam Boyse has been named CEO of Medicexchange (London). Previously, Boyse was chief operating officer of Medicsight PLC, a subsidiary of Medicsight. Medicexchange, an online distributor of diagnostic, treatment and surgery planning solutions, is also a subsidiary of Medicsight.

Etienne Vanderstokker has been named CEO and Ravi Bickram Shrestha has been promoted to vice president of world wide sales and operations at Medicsight (London). Vanderstokker was most recently head of healthcare imaging technologies for the healthcare business group of Agfa. Previously, Shrestha was a co-founder and director of ComMedica. Medicsight develops computer-aided detection technologies and software.
