Stacey Stevens will join iCAD (Nashua, New Hampshire), a provider of computer-aided detection (CAD) solutions for the early identification of cancer, June 1 as vice president of marketing and strategy. She was most recently vice president, marketing planning at Philips Medical Systems.

Gene Cattarina has joined Lynx Medical Systems (Bellevue, Washington) as president and CEO. Cattarina, who has held comparable positions at Landacorp, Medicode and TDS Healthcare Systems, most recently served as executive chairman of E&C Medical Intelligence. He assumed responsibility from John Trzeciak on April 17, who served as interim-CEO following the acquisition of Lynx by Francisco Partners in late 2005. Trzeciak will continue to serve on the Lynx board and as a healthcare advisor to Francisco Partners. Lynx Medical Systems is a provider of integrated healthcare documentation and revenue management solutions.

Mark Zielazinski has been appointed chief operating officer of Sensitron (San Mateo, California). Zielazinski, with more than 23 years of healthcare experience, was formerly the chief information officer of El Camino Hospital. Sensitron is a wireless point-of-care solutions company that has developed the careTrends Wireless Bridge system which communicates vital signs and other data from wirelessly enabled medical devices at the bedside.
