• Daniel Hullihen has joined Biophan Technologies (Rochester, New York) as director of business development. Hullihen joins Biophan from Conmed Endoscopic Technologies. Biophan develops technologies designed to make biomedical devices safe and image compatible with the MRI environment.

• Mark Doda has been named president of DMS Imaging (Fargo, North Dakota), a member of the DMS Health Group. Doda has served as chief financial officer for the DMS Health Group since 2001. DMS Imaging provides mobile, portable, interim and fixed-site diagnostic imaging services across the U.S.

• Thomas O'Connor has joined Exagen Diagnostics (Albuquerque, New Mexico) as vice president, sales, to be based in Exagen's Austin, Texas, office. Previously, O'Connor held positions as business development manager and North America sales manager for Beckman Coulter. Exagen develops genomic marker-based in vitro kits for predicting risk of recurrence or treatment response in oncology, infectious disease and other indications.

• John Howe has joined Sanarus Medical (Pleasanton, California), a developer of minimally invasive medical devices for diagnosing and treating breast disease, as chief operating officer and CFO. Howe most recently was CFO for Eunoe.
