Scott Cramer has been promoted to senior vice president, U.S. sales and account services. The company also promoted two regional sales managers to the position of director. Lian Cunningham, MD, PhD, director of clinical research, has been promoted to vice president, clinical research and education. Robert McRae, vice president, manufacturing and research & development, has assumed responsibility for business development, while retaining his current manufacturing management duties. McRae’s new title is vice president, business development and manufacturing. VNUS also reported that William Perry has resigned as vice president, worldwide marketing and international sales, effective May 2, to pursue other professional opportunities.
