Interneuron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:IPIC) said it hasreceived about $14 million from the exercise of about 2.9million class B warrants at $4.75 per share.

The proceeds leave the Lexington, Mass., developer of productsfor neurological and behavioral disorders with about $23million in cash equivalents and 23.9 million shares outstanding.About 2.4 million B warrants remain outstanding. They expirein March 1995.
