Monte Rosa Therapeutics divulges new CCNE1-targeting degraders

Monte Rosa Therapeutics AG has reported new molecular glue degraders comprising an E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase-binding moiety acting as E3 G1/S-specific cyclin-E1 (CCNE1)/cereblon interaction inducers and CCNE1 degradation inducers potentially useful for the treatment of cancer.
