Mark Wallin has been appointed senior VP of DocSite (Raleigh, North Carolina). Prior to joining DocSite, Wallin spent three years with InterComponentWare. DocSite is a clinical integration, connectivity and point-of-care technology company offering modular, upgradeable, web-based tools.

Dov Rubin, PhD, has been named CEO of Itamar Medical (Tel Aviv, Israel). Rubin previously was co-founder, VP/GM of NDS. Itamar Medical developed the PAT (Peripheral Arterial Tone) signal technology and applications. The PAT signal is a non-invasive "window" to the cardiovascular system and the autonomic nervous system.

MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures (Menlo Park, California) reported the addition of Phyllis Whiteley and Dan Riskin to the firm as executive-in-residence and entrepreneur-in-residence, respectively. Whiteley recently worked with 5AM Ventures, where she co-founded Anaphore. Riskin previously was president of Interventional Dynamics. MDV-Mohr Davidow Ventures is a capital firm that partners with entrepreneurs building companies, principally through technology innovation.
