• Declan Daly has been appointed COO for Isolagen (Exton, Pennsylvania). Previously Daly served as CFO/executive VP at Inamed. Isolagen is an aesthetics and therapeutics company.

• Robert Moore has been named corporate VP and president of U.S. vision care by Bausch & Lomb (B&L; Rochester, New York). Previously Moore was SVP of marketing for B&L's Americas region. B&L is an eye health company.
