Celgene Corp. (NASDAQ:CELG) of Warren, N.J., has delivered to acustomer the first of its fully equipped, mobile in-processbiotreatment demonstration units. The unit, which providesautomatic bioreactor controls and on-line monitoring ofsystems operations, is intended to demonstrate whether acompany's biotreatment systems can effectively destroycertain toxic chemicals from process waste streams before thechemicals are released to the atmosphere or before the wastestream leaves the factory.
