SELLERS RETURN TO MARKET

The AMEX Biotechnology Index on Thursday fell 2.93 to 137.89in the wake of selling pressure on mainline pharmaceuticalcompanies in U.K and U.S. markets. Amgen Inc. shed $2 to $53after falling $2.38 on Wednesday. Immune Response Corp.dropped $3.38 to $17.63.
