COURT DISMISSES CENTOCOR SUIT

The U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania lastweek dismissed a class action suit that was filed against CentocorInc. in November, the company said. The court dismissed the actionafter the plaintiff, Roger Zurn, decided that the complaint should bewithdrawn. Zurn filed the suit after the Malvern, Pa., company(NASDAQ:CNTO) lost a patent suit to Xoma Corp.
