• Advanced ICU Care (St. Louis), a medical services company providing remote critical care, has named Pamela Goe as regional sales director – western region and Glenn Morrison as regional sales director – central region. Most recently, Goe was western regional manager for Tensys, and before that was a senior monitoring consultant, sales trainer and sales representative for Welch Allyn Monitoring. Most recently, Morrison was regional sales director for DST Output Services, a data processing and print/mail outsourcing firm.

R. John Harris has been named CEO of Tenet's Sierra Providence Health Network (SPHN; El Paso, Texas), a three-hospital system that is Tenet's Texas region's largest hospital network. Harris was most recently CEO at Tenet's Lake Pointe Medical Center. He succeeds Thomas Casaday, who is retiring at the end of July after 15 years with Tenet and has led SPHN since 1999. Harris' appointment is effective June 1. Carolyn Jackson, currently chief operating officer at Lake Pointe Medical Center, will serve as interim CEO at Lake Pointe Medical Center until a permanent replacement is named. Tenet Texas (Dallas), a region of Tenet Healthcare, comprises 12 acute care hospitals and two specialty facilities in Texas.
