David Ortlieb has resigned as president and chief executiveofficer of Immunomedics Inc. as of Feb. 1 for personal reasons.David Goldenberg, chairman of the board and founder of theMorris Plains, N.J., company, will resume the position of chiefexecutive officer, which he held for most of the company'sexistence. In addition, Amy Factior was named executive vicepresident. She was vice president of finance andadministration, treasurer and secretary. The company said itdoes not intend to replace Ortlieb as president; Factor willassume some of Ortlieb's managerial responsibilities.

Patrick McBrayer has resigned as president and chief executiveofficer of Osteotech Inc. but will remain a member of theShrewsbury, N.J., company's board of directors. McBrayer willbecome president and CEO of Exogen Inc. Osteotech has not yetnamed a replacement for McBrayer. In addition, MichaelJeffries, executive vice president and chief financial officer, hasbeen named chief operating officer; Wendy Dixon, executivevice president, has been appointed to the additional position ofchief science officer; and Roger Stikeleather, executive VP, willbe responsible for sales, marketing and client relations.
