• Robert Hombach was named corporate VP and treasurer of Baxter International (Deerfield, Illinois). Baxter International makes devices to assists healthcare professionals with the treatment of medical conditions, including cancer, hemophilia, immune disorders, kidney disease and trauma.

• Gary Bowers has been promoted to president of Merge Healthcare (Milwaukee). Bowers will manage the Merge Healthcare North America sales and business development channel. Merge specializes in medical imaging and information management software and services.

• Luke Huang has been named president of Radlink (Redondo Beach, California). Richard Gerlach, who founded the company and most recently served as its president, will assume the title of founder and distinguished scientist and continue to remain active on the board. Huang most recently worked at Radlink as an executive engineer. Radlink provides a range of medical film-to-digital image conversion, storage and delivery services to healthcare providers.
