Established in 1989, Nonlinear Dynamics is a provider of bioinformatics solutions to the life science industry. The company’s product portfolio comprises analysis and data-mining tools for 1-D and 2-D electrophoresis gels and microarrays.

Nonlinear Dynamics’ products are built around the Phoretix image analysis and database software for 1-D and 2-D electrophoresis gels and high-throughput arrays. The company has added Progenesis, for analyzing high-throughput 2-D gels used in large-scale proteomics efforts.

In the pipeline is Progenera, a product designed to integrate and query biodata from proteomics and genomics studies.
