Integrated Genomics Inc. offers a systematic approach to solving microbiological genomic problems by using high-throughput sequencing, comparative analysis of genomes, functional reconstruction and metabolic modeling to address issues in strain development, crop protection and drug discovery.

Integrated Genomics’ analytical bioinformatics suite ERGO for functional annotation of sequence data, functional reconstruction and modeling is comprised of more than 300 genomes. The company offers customized genome analysis, complete or gapped genome DNA sequencing, ORF function assignment and metabolic reconstruction. From this data, the company can perform metabolic modeling and pathway design.

The ERGO cross-genome analysis suite MicrobAce and the Metabolic Pathway Database are available by nonexclusive subscription.
