Janssen-Cilag International NV, of Beerse, Belgium, a unit of Johnson & Johnson, said a type II variation was filed with the EMA seeking approval of Stelara (ustekinuab) for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis in pediatric patients, ages 12 to 17, who are inadequately controlled by, or are intolerant to, other systemic therapies or phototherapies.
