SoBran (Fairfax, Virginia) reported the reorganization of its Biomedical Services Division.

As of Oct. 1, SoBran's Biomedical Services Division will consist of a Government Operations Division and an Academic & Commercial Operations Division within a newly formed Biomedical Services Group. Gregory Kelly, PhD, currently VP responsible for the Biomedical Services Division, will lead the Biomedical Services Group. Bradley Fisher has been named a Division Director and will be responsible for the Government Operations Division.

"This reorganization is the result of our ongoing growth and a testament to the dedication and hard work by each of our 800 employees," said SoBran founder and president, Amos Otis.

So far in 2009, the company received major contract awards from Walter Reed Army Institute of Research/Naval Medical Research Center, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the U.S. Air Force at Hill Air Force Base, and several contracts at the National Institutes of Health.
