RA Capital Management LLC led the round with participation from Sands Capital, Schooner Capital and Northpond Ventures, all returning investors.

BMD-001 is Daejeon, South Korea-based Biorchestra’s antisense oligonucleotide candidate for treating Alzheimer’s disease.
