WARRANT EXERCISE RAISES $427,000 FOR BIOSOURCE

BioSource International Inc., which supplies immunologicalreagents and test kits for biomedical research, announcedWednesday that its warrant holders have purchased 268,000shares of stock (NASDAQ:BIOI). The Camarillo, Calif., companyreceived an aggregate of $427,248 for the transactions.
