DynaGen Inc. said Monday it has successfully completed asecondary offering of 800,000 units of common stock andredeemable warrants. It filed for the offering March 24.
The units were priced at $5 each, and the warrant isexercisable at $6.50.
The company said the offering raised $4 million.
